-Conduct social compliance audit in supplier factories and evaluate the performance
-Communicate audit results to factory management in a professional, objective, and clear manner
-Submit the audit report clearly, conclusively and without undue delay
-Follow up and verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by Factory Management
-Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit
-Provide consultation to suppliers and help to set up Environmental, Health and Safety management system and implementation.
-Train up divisions and suppliers’ compliance committee and supervise Masco SBP implementation progress in supplier factories. Enhance the improvement on supplier performance
-Fine tone SBP documentation and audit tools
- Supervise and coordinate all audit activities between China associates and the Masco suppliers.

- Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent; and minimum 5 years related work experience, 3 years  managerial experience in the multinational company environment.
-Extensive experience of manufacturing and production
-Basic working knowledge of local labor laws & regulations
-To be in advance of Lead Auditor standard and have knowledge of standards and codes e.g. SA8000
-To have attended formal training and or achieved qualifications or certificates in compliance audit
-Basic understanding of recycling and the environment and a desire to learn and develop further skills.
- With a good command of English language skills, able to maintain and manage a timely and professional communications with all work related counterparts.
-Good people process & management skills.
