The company focuses on middle, higher and executive management of Western Companies and Joint-ventures companies.

In the light of expanding their business in China, the company is now looking for a:

Business Development & Marketing Manager (HRM Consultancy) located in Shanghai. 

Key responsibilities:

Ø         You are the key person to drive the Business Development & Marketing of the company.

Ø         Designing and assessing new marketing and promotion strategies and then developing and effectively implementing correlating plans that are focused on meeting sales targets.

Ø         Responsible for the set up and implementation of the marketing mix.

Ø         Set up Sales plan and actions in line with our services.

Ø         Prospecting, sourcing, making and maintaining contact and sales calls with new customers.

Ø         Actively contact clients and built up a network with HR managers.

Ø         Support in house sales workshops together with the team.

Ø         Ensure together with the GM, the continuous flow of new job orders, assessment & training and management development programs.

Ø         Assure client satisfaction and future assignments; maintain a long-lasting relationship.

Ø         Report directly to the foreign General Manager.

Qualification:

Ø         You are Chinese, with bachelor degree, majored in Marketing.

Ø         Having a master in HRM or Psychology is a plus.

Ø         You are sales-driven and have track record in sales in HR service industry.

Ø         Minimum of 5 years experience in business development in headhunting, assessment & training – coaching and management development sector.

Ø         Experienced in HR and have network in HR management.

Ø         Result-oriented, be able to work according to targets have the drive to hit predefined budgets.

Ø         Strong relationship building skills & good communication skills.

Ø         Able to work in English language, very good skills in both spoken & written English.

Ø         You will get in house training for all provided services, support of the team and GM.
