General Purpose of Job:

Working as a SAP Basis specialist, this position will be working with global counterparts to install, configure and maintain SAP Netweaver components such as ECC, CRM, SRM, BI, Enterprise Portal etc. Flexibility to work in different time zone and time slot is essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Client Administration & Client Copy
• Transport Management System Configuration
• User Management – Create & Manage Users, Assignment of Roles & Profile Generation and Mass User Changes
• Implementing Support Package, Add-on Installations and Language Imports
• System Monitoring and optimization
• Applying SAP Notes using SAP Note Assistant Transaction
• Background Job Management
• System Refresh
• SAP Frontend GUI Installation and Patching
• Contribute to the documentation of the global standard operation procedures on Basis, and ensure global process is consistently executed in APAC region

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Minimum 3 years work experience as Basis in multi-national environment
• Solution manager experience
• Clear Knowledge of SAP Architecture & Landscapes
• Basic knowledge of Networking Concepts and Operating Systems

Education:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Management.
  

Language Skills:

• Good command of Chinese and English in speaking and writing. Good documentation skill in both languages.
