Responsibility:
--Guarantee a constantly full, clean and well-arranged shopping environment, listen to customer to know,analyze and react to meet customer expectations and retain customer loyalty.
--Maintain the company assets constantly, ensure the safety of environment, products, customers,employees and equivalents;
--Guarantee implementation of recruitment, training, performance analysis appraisal process;
--Enhance the team motivation through constant internal communication, training and maintain good employee relations;
--Delegate, control and trust in order to encourage individual expression and team success;
--Guarantee implementation of new project;
--Ensure the laws related to the products, labor, environment and train management team;
Requirement:
Education:
◆Bachelor degree in business administration, economy or related specialty (except internal promotion);
Experience:
◆Over 5 years management experiences in retail industry;
Skill:
◆Be familiar with retail situation;
◆Good business sensitive and customer service;
◆Have organization and management ability in super market;
◆Have team work construction and decision ability;
◆Have planning and time management ability;
◆Have risk management and PR ability;
Attitude:
◆Honest, straight-out, active, confident;
◆Roseate, enthusiastic, communicate;
