Our client is a US based leading construction machinery manufacturer of aerial work platforms, material lifts as well as stick, articulated, and trailer mounted booms.
ROLE: Finance Controller
LOCATION: Changzhou Responsibility
• Report directly to the company’s HQ finance team • Monthly financial reports to the company HQ • Analyze financial information for business and operation optimization purposes • Auditing and analyzing organizational structures and work processes • Examining strategic management planning and control systems • Occasionally assists business in performing finance due diligences Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Degree in accounting and preferably professional qualification. • At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in a comparable position within multi-national company in manufactory industry. • Knowledge of US GAAP and Chinese tax • Proficient in MS office applications and hands-on experience in ERP system set up and running. • Fluent communication skill both in Mandarin and English. • Good Knowledge in factory operation and cost accounting. • Good leadership skill and personality to lead, supervise, manage and motivate a dynamic finance team. 联系方式：
