Location：Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• To monitor all HR services for Central China;
• To ensure monthly payroll, social benefits and tax filing are properly performed without errors;
• To handle recruitment, identify proper recruitment channels and candidates to meet recruitment needs;
• To manage C&B administration of the responsible cities;
• To supervise daily routines and give coaching to subordinates;
• To keep abreast of market conditions and practices, legal regulations and make appropriate recommendations to supervisor;
• To carry out HR projects or tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

• University graduate in HR management or equivalent;
• At least 6 years all-round HR experience in foreign enterprises;
• Supervisory experience is a must.
• Good written and spoken English;
• Strong computer software knowledge;
• Familiar with HR Info System is an advantage;
• Analytical and take initiative;
• A team player with pleasant personality.
