Responsibility:

· Design line layout and material map according to product specification
· Do / update time study for responsible products
· Build NLS (Nokia Line Simulation) module ,analyze the process and line setup as a product process owner
· Study & write production process flow chart
· Lead workshop & write pFMEA & control plan as an owner ,and follow up control plan ‘s deployment
· Create MIS for new product and update it according to process change
· Training to production department for new products or process update
· FA PSPHW study base on production process ,make PO according to process and DSB plan
· Special tools study, design and pilot in case of improvement case needed
· IE tools (e.g. screw driver) specification and detail list and further development .
· Apply VSM or other improvement project to products to improve production capacity / capability
· Support production line on FAP process efficiency improvement by initiating new method, new tools and process re-designing
· Responsible for new production line setup, modification and line copy, ensure the design is easy for change-over…

Requirements:

· Able to design the operation and process of final assembly and packing
· Project management knowledge
· Bachelor Degree or above of Engineer related major ,Industry Engineering major is preferred
· Working experience:
· Able to get the target in plan
· Have ability to intendance and coach related peoples work
· Strong ability in project management and have related PM experience ,knowledge of 6-sigma is preferred
· Strong innovative consciousness and execution capability
· Good knowledge of mobile phone production ,assembly and packing process
· Good communication skill in English, both verbal and written
· Good team work spirit
