• Line layout and capacity proposal according to product specification
  
• Line time study for responsible product
  
• Focus on responsible products' SMD MFR(manufacturing failure rate) as the owner, coordinate and work together with BA equipment and technical process functions to improve product performance continually
  
• Collaborate & support SQE(Supplier Quality Engineer)/FA(Failure analysis)engineer to improve SMD material MFR performance
  
• New technology/process on product study and deployment
  
• Product document prepare (pFMEA, Control plan, flow chart, partlist, inspection drawing, DPM sheet, MIS,ect.)
  
• SMD HW design and ordering (stencil, tooling, jig, special nozzle/feeder)
  
• Coaching and training to production (Shift Technician/GroupLeader/Operator)
  
• Arrange ECN/CR/EO implementation, verify & feedback
  
• Support FOPM(Factory Operation Project Manager) on arranging and implementing products' trial

Requirement

• Could lead functional project and take key roles in cross-functional projects
  
• High abilities to update and create production process and instructions
  
• Be able to apply proper tools(six sigma, SPC)to analyse problems and solve most of problems independently, share experiences with group members
  
• Be able to organize external resources for handling complex or urgent cases
  
• Could give coach, training and instructions to SMD technicians and key operators
  
• Abilities of applying SPC for process control
  
• Abilities of creating professional problem analysis report
  
• Willing to optimize SMD process and equipment utilization
  
• Be able to create production procedure and annual maintenance plan
• Knowledge of following is preferred:6 sigma GB,SPC,FMEA,DOE,machine trouble shooting skills,SMT process,time study skills, CAD application, project management, Smart Manufacturing thinking,etc.
  Fluent English skills(both Written and Oral), training skills.
