General Purpose:

• Ensure the daily operating of the requalification tests.
  
• Support Lab engineers providing feedback of new ReQ errors to R&D in time.
  
• Utilize qualified analysis capabilities to support production lines problem solving.

Key Tasks:

• Ensure the product reliability by performing agreed ReQualification tests.
  
• Analyze the test results and give feedback to the production, programs, technology platforms and suppliers.
  
• Avoid shipping defected products to the customers and hold production when necessary.
  
• Understand the correlation between test findings and field failures.
  
• Maintain and calibrate the testing equipment.
  
• Assist engineers by providing in-depth analysis support by means of Lab's ReQ testing & analyzing equipment on factory level problems
  
• ReQ cognos data statistics and follow up corrective actions of ReQ errors.
  
• Share information between the laboratories.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in electronic circuit diagnostics or test engineering in mobile phone manufacturing engineering field.
  
• Good English writing skill at least.
  
• MS product suite - Excel, Word, MS Projects, Power Point, etc.
