XRA is a joint venture company between XAE (China) and Rolls-Royce Plc (UK).  The company manufactures a range of components for aerospace and industrial gas turbine engines.  The business is currently undergoing considerable growth through increased demand for current products and development of new products.  NDE is a business critical process and to meet the expanding business needs we currently have vacancies for 2 NDE Engineers in the technical team.

Team Overview
团队概述
The technical team at XRA is a team of highly motivated engineers working on the four key manufacturing engineering tasks of new part introduction, capability acquisition, continuous improvement and quality management.  The teams are developing the manufacturing processes and systems to improve the manufacturing methods used on current components and are developing new methods for the new components.  This work is undertaken directly by the team in-house or through the use of external suppliers.  The team is using the latest improvement tools including Green Belt skills to drive improvements.

The Role
职责
As an NDE Engineer, you will be required to provide NDE technology and support to ensure XRA meets safety, quality and profitability requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.  You will be required to define, implement and monitor policy and procedures for the application and control of NDE within the business.  The role will involve working closely with customers and the wider NDE community within the joint venture companies.

Personal Specification
资质要求
·         Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent within a Materials Science or related Science subject, you will hold recognised level 2 or 3 NDT qualifications and a considerable amount of NDT experience.
具备材料专业和相关专业良好的教育背景，持有NDT二、三级人员资质证，由丰富的NDT工作经验。
·         The candidate will need to be an energetic, enthusiastic team oriented individual. 
有活力，积极向上且具有团队精神。
·         The capability to learn quickly is essential. 
学习能力强。
·         Must be able to demonstrate good IT skills.
具备良好的计算机操作能力。
·         A basic knowledge of casting and machining processes is desirable.
具备基本的铸造及机加工经验。
·         Capability to communicate effectively at all levels in the company and preferably with good English is also desirable. 
能和公司各阶层人员进行有效沟通。英语优异者优先考虑。
Training will be provided for all aspects of the role, however the person must be able to manage their own tasks within a timely manner and to a high level of quality.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
