Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

职位描述/要求：
Main Responsibilities:
a. Overall management of the responsible Supplier(s) of Automotives parts / Optical & Mechanical parts.
- Qualification, control, improvements & development. - Quality management system b. The section in-charge regarding suppliers of Automotives parts / Optical & Mechanical parts with quality bench-marking aspects.
- Between TPO Shanghai site. - Between user factories. c. Release (QPA/QS etc.) of responsible suppliers of Automotives parts / Optical & Mechanical parts
d. Product approval according to agreed time frame. e. Performance feedback to the responsible Supplier(s), central log and initiate improvements:
-Customers’ concerns. - Yield performance / PPM f. Facilitate learning process between TPO and responsible supplier(s).
g. Mat’l quality feedback to TPO Site Quality and initiate improvements
Main Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree at least
2. >5 years working experience in Supplier Quality Management, familiar with FMEA, SP, DOE, QS9000/TS16949
3. Good communication skills, good English skills both oral and written
