第一资本猎头公司代理北京某外资机构聘请法务总监职位人选，该职位全面负责客户公司在中国的法务工作，向CEO汇报工作，具体要求如下：

Responsibilities:
Provide high quality legal consultation on wide spectrum of business, ranging form financing, leasing, real estate investment, shopping mall management to the company day-to-day management;
Follow up Company’s projects all over China to advise and avoid any potential legal risk;
Handle Company’s arbitration and lawsuit when needed;
Review, draft, negotiate and finalize the Company’s commercial agreements, legal documents and contracts;
Ensure legal compliance in commercial decision making and in other business activities;
Strong leadership to lead and build up a professional and efficient legal team with good legal processes around China where we have projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor or above degrees in law;
More than eight years’ legal experience in top MNCs, International law firms or top Chinese law firm;
Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese;
Specialized in China legal system and regulations;
Experience as a leader of multi-disciplinary project and management teams;
Qualified to practice in China with PRC lawyer license and willing to travel when necessary.
