职位描述/要求:
工作内容: To assist direct supervisor in adjustment for work procedures for winding team within the allotted time. 协助直接领导,在规定的期限内,做好绕线组的作业路线调整。 To assist direct supervisor in following AST technical requirements of all series of transformers ranging from 35KV to 500KV and above in winding manufacturing field. 协助直接领导,负责制造线圈领域执行AREVA35KV至500KV及以上全系列变压器产品技术。 To assist direct supervisor and relevant department in training the team to improve flexibility. 协助直接领导和有关部门,共同进行对本组员工的培训,提高员工的灵活性以使其拥有多种技能。 To assist direct supervisor in definition and implementation of the team’s job responsibilities, procedures as well as performance review. 协助直接领导负责绕线组的组织工作,定义并实施本组员工的工作职责,工作程序以及绩效评估。 To maintain and develop this “manufacturing Know-how” in the team, to train selected staff and develop experts, to improve manufacturing efficiency in order to reduce lead time. 在班组内保持并发展该“制造专长”,培训经过挑选的员工,培养专家,提高生产效力,减少订货至交货时间。 To formulate concrete precautionary measures for tasks, and to urge team members to comply with regulations and rules of Safety Law in order to eliminate any risk of danger in time. 根据生产任务落实具体的安全生产措施,督促本班组成员执行安全生产操作规程,及时消除各种不安全因素。 To use the “manufacturing know-how” with the aim of: 利用“制造专长”达到以下目标: Meets the requirements of the next working procedure ( to the specification, with reliability & safety ) 让下道工序满意(符合规格要求,可靠且安全)。 Manufacturing on time with no test failure 保证生产工作能及时,无故障地完成。 Minimize waste and defective products, as well as costs. 消灭废次品,控制成本。
要求:
College graduate and above 大专以上学历 At least 8 years related working experiences on winding 八年以上高压油浸式变压器绕线相关工作经验 Basic English skill in reading and writing 英语读写的基本能力 Excel / word and general informatic knowledge Excel / word以及其他基本的信息技术知识 With basic management skills 具有基本管理技巧 Sense of responsibility and good communication skills 有责任感及良好的沟通能力 Good team work spirit 联系方式:
