职位描述/要求：

我们的客户是一家美资上市公司,主要从事电池材料的开发、制造和销售。目前正在新建包装组装厂,工作地点在常州。

1、Setup Lithium ion pack line incoming inspection system

2、Setup Lithium ion pack line in process quality control system

3、Setup Lithium ion pack outshipping quality control system

4、Make sure zero defect pack ship to customer

5、Improve first time quality and reduce cost of poor quality

6、Feedback raw materials quality issues to supplier

7. Help to qualify the production line.

Position request:

1、Bachlar degree above in engineering
2、More than 8 years working experience, at least 3 years QA manager experiences in lithium ion pack production
3、Familiar with quality control for lithium ion pack
4、Familiar with lithium ion cell quality and other parts quality
5、Familiar with control plan, SPC, eroor-proofing, FMEA etc.
6、Familiar with quality control methods
7、Good minitab skill
8、Good problem solving skill
9、Good data analysis skill
10、Fluent english skill
11、Computer skill
12、Team work and communication skill
