职位描述
1. 维护 & 监督经理主要负责各个项目 / 设备/系统的操作、维修和监控工作，使之符合温室气体减排 CDM项目 的要求。包括棕榈油厂、畜牧场等需要减排服务的其他系统。
2. 维护 & 监督经理对总经理和 / 或全球操作维修 & 监督经理负责。
职责
1. 负责操作、维护和监控项目的开发工作，定期进行监控和评估工作，并出具相应的报告。
2. 在其权限范围内确保适当的控制 / 工具到位。
3. 确保操作和维修在公司安全规范内有效地执行，及时提供所需的报告和进度表。
4. 在项目验证和设计阶段，协助其他指定的小组代表的工作。
5. 对资源进行高效的管理，减少事故的发生、停机时间和维修时间。
6. 在操作和维修期间，对所有工地的小组活动进行协调，制定具体的日程安排。
7. 与设计人员合作跟踪并优化现场系统的性能。
8. 按照合同要求与业主保持联系，维护良好关系。
9. 根据需要履行其它的职责，以确保实现高效的操作、安全的资产管理、获取可靠的财务信息、遵守所有的规章制度。
10. 对负责工地维护、维修和获取系统安装数据的服务工程师进行管理。
11. 确保工作团队和系统工作效率， 评估工作团队的所有服务申请，审核现场工作绩效。
12. 分析故障报告，设法寻求减少故障发生的途径。
13. 制定其所在区域内的操作、维修和监督成本的年度预算。
14. 跟踪了解库存，减少库存水平。
15. 提交月度工作报告，保证维护监督绩效，实现预定目标。
知识和技能
1. 至少具有 10 年的建筑 / 废物处理 / 建筑设施的操作、维修、开发和实施、安全和生产性能监督项目方面的经验。
2. 思想开放、勇于探索，具有较强的项目实施能力，能扩大与客户和有关部门的长期合作。
3. 具有良好的团队精神，能与各国的维修和监控小组进行合作。
4. 能够对公司各级员工以及外部组织（包括管理部门）进行有效的协调。
5. 具有良好的沟通能力（口头和书面的）以及交际能力。
6. 熟悉计算机的应用，包括 Microsoft 、 Word 、 Excel 、 PowerPoint 和 Outlook 等。
7. 能够适应国内的频繁出差。
8. 掌握双语者优先（英语 / 本地语言）

JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Maintenance & Monitoring Manager will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and monitoring of multi projects/ installations of greenhouse gas digesters in compliance with CDM requirements in Malaysia . This will includes palm oil mills, swine farms and other agricultural systems that require emission reduction services
- This position reports to Country Manager and/or Regional Operations Maintenance & Monitoring Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the development of operation and maintenance and monitoring programs and performing periodic monitoring and evaluation and preparing reports accordingly.
- Ensure that there are appropriate controls/tools in place, within his/her accountability unit.
- Ensure that the operation and maintenance programs are executed effectively in compliance with the company safety guidelines and provide any required reports and schedule within the time frame
- Coordinate and provide support to other designated team representatives during program verification and design phases of the projects.
- Manage available resources to minimize fault occurrence, downtime and repair response time in the most cost efficient manner.
- Schedule and coordinate the activities of the team members during the operation and maintenance of all sites.
- Performs other project duties as required to ensure that operations are efficient, assets are safe guarded, financial information is reliable and that all rules, codes of conduct, and regulations are followed.
- Manage service engineers who will carry out site repairs, maintenance and data acquisition system installation.
- Prepare and be accountable for annual budget for operations, maintenance and monitoring costs for his/her area.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Minimum 10 years of operation/ maintenance of construction/ waste treatment/building facilities, develop and execute maintenance, safety and production performance monitoring programs.
- Open minded, self starter, results oriented mindset with excellent implementation ability on multi projects operation monitoring nationwide and maintaining and enhancing long term relationship with clients and authorities.
- Work as part of a global team and in conjunction with maintenance and monitoring group
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels within the organization as well as with external parties, including regulatory bodies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of computers like Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Bilingual skills (English/local language) desired.
