职位描述/要求:
Overall Role Purpose
Support the inbound clearance process within established standards and transit times
在既定的服务标准和转运时间要求下,提供进关清关流程的支持
Accountabilities
Customs Clearance 海关清关:
- Ensure accurate preparation of import Customs declarations and timely provision of modification opinion when needed
确保进口清关准备工作的准确无误,并且需要时及时提出修改意见
- Ensure well-maintained customer database
确保客户的数据得到很好地维护
- Resolve specific disputes or provide advice on technical issues with customers
解决争端或者在技术层面上给客户提供建议
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Customs practices and procedures
保持全面透彻的清关操作程序方面的知识
- Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes

Skills / Qualifications Skills技能要求
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written
沟通技能(英语),口语和书面能力具佳
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
常用办公软件的应用(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- 1-2 years operations experience, preferably within international trade or logistics industry
一至两年客户服务的实际操作经验,有国际贸易或物流行业经验者优先
- Degree (or equivalent)
大学本科(或同等学历)
- Customs Broker Certificate
具有报关员资格证书
