Overall Role Purpose

Assist operation supervisor in delivering shipments and transferring information to destination timely, correctly and safely
To achieve all kinds of Inbound & Outbound operations

协助主管安全、及时、正确地将快件及快件信息送至目的地。完成各种进出口作业

Accountabilities

• Master all the operational systems(such as SCL,ACA,GOP,CIA, PCDEM and FSQ)
  掌握各种作业系统的具体操作(SCL,ACA,GOP,CIA,PCDEM,FSQ)
• Be familiar with Inbound & Outbound operational flows, and master the Inbound & Outbound Flights of operational periods and specific situations
  熟悉进出口作业流程，掌握进出口航班的作业时段及具体作业状况
• Be familiar with the ACA scan of Inbound & Outbound
  熟悉进出口快件的ACA扫描工作
• Sort the Inbound express quickly and expertly according to regular operational flows
  根据标准操作流程，熟练、快速进行进口快件的分拣工作
• Operate all kinds of Outbound expresses expertly, and sort them into the right flights
  熟练进行各类出口快件的完美操作，分拣快件至正确的航线
• Report to the team leader in time when there is anything abnormal
  遇有异常情况，及时向当班组长汇报
• Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organisation’s business processes

Skills / Qualifications

• Communication skills (English), spoken and written
  沟通技能（英语），口语和书面能力具佳
• With some computer operation skills
  拥有电脑基本操作的技能
• With above 2 years’ working experience
  2年以上的工作经验
• Profession school graduate
  中专以上学历
• CET 4 Certificated, or above
