职位描述/要求:

Overall Role Purpose

  • Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the country’s overall Macro model at all levels, and appropriate DHL business implication
  • Provide macro related analysis support to the function

Accountabilities

Mid/Long Term Corporate Strategy Development 

  • Develop and maintain a mid/long term macroeconomic model with business implications at all levels
  • Participate and, in some cases, lead projects related to the macro study

Tactical Business / Budget Planning 

  • Research, compile, investigate and communicate macro dynamics to management team
  • Act as the internal custodian of the macro model
  • Ensure the business implication of macro outlook is aligned in short-term budget

Performance Reporting & Monitoring 

  • Design, develop and communicate performance related macro reporting and tracking platform, methodology and templates 
  • Ensure quality and timeliness of responses

Business Performance Reviews 

  • Provide regular macroeconomic update

Business Intelligence and Corporate Knowledge Base Management 

  • development of a model to capture
  • Country’s economic performance (e.g. GDP, foreign exchange, trade growth rate, etc.)
  • Industry and business trends Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions

Skills / Qualifications

  • Database skills (Preferable)
  • Analysis skills
  • Negotiation / Interpersonal skill
  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) (Excellent)
  • Proficient communication skills, spoken and written, in both English and Chinese/ Mandarin
  • 2 to 3 years experience of business analysis
  • Degree on Economic
