职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
· Leads projects, establishing clear objectives, actively participates in multi-disciplinary teams to successful completion
· Directly interacts with key account customers, marketing, and factories · Presents/publishes important project results · Creates, develops and commercializes innovative product concepts which could lead to new business opportunities · Development of formulations, prototypes, pilot plant samples and scale-up of products on a factory scale Requirements:
· BSc, MSc or PhD in food technology/science
· Min. 5 years of experience in a development role in the food industry, supervisory experience desired · Must be able to work with European/American technical network contacts · Good knowledge of typical food processing technologies and impacts on quality · Fluent in English, good knowledge of Chinese language required, other languages desirable · Must be able to travel domestic/international 联系方式:
