职位描述/要求:
Reporting to: Retail Key Account Manager - Mainland
Job description:
- Formulate customers strategy and operating principles;
- Develop and lead joint annual business planning process and integrate Key Account customer teams to set and deliver targets;
- Build and leverage strong relationships with key central customer contacts, lead central annual and strategic negotiations;
- Conduct regular scorecard reviews
Requirement:
- University education, MBA
- Solid national/regional/area KA management experience in FMCG industry in MNC
- Excellent understanding of Chinese KA environment and how to get initiatives implemented
- Good command of oral and written English
- Command of MS office applications
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive, good at impacting and convincing others
- Good motivator, strong "can-do" attitude, hard driving for results, analytical
