Job description:

- Select and prioritize the potential channels, and identify the growth opportunity in related channels for PetCare business in Shanghai
- Ensure excellent execution of channel strategy for PetCare business in identified channels and outlets through proper communication and cooperation with Sales team
- Implement Category Management to drive customer business growth in modern trade
- Monitor and track customer performance and provide proper solutions to maintain and improve customer relationship
- Ensure effective implementation of national promotions
- Develop training materials and ensure good training of promoters

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related majors
- At least 3 years of working experience in sales & marketing, sales experience is a must
- Excellent in both oral and written English
- Good at MS Office applications
- Very good business analysis ability, strong communication and coordination ability, good creativity in developing promotions, hard nerve to face pressure, able to travel frequently, mature and responsible, hardworking
