Position: National Key Account Group Manager 全国重点客户组经理
Location: Shanghai

Job Description:

To lead National KA team in Shanghai for:

• Business development and activities;
• Follow up and make sure that the business plan for Key Accounts are put in place;
• Train and coach Area Key Account Managers;
• Harmonize trading terms of Key Account.

Requirements:

• University education, or MBA
• Solid national Key Account management experience in FMCG industry in Multinational Company;
• Excellent understanding of Chinese Key Account environment & how to get initiatives implemented;
• Good command of oral & written English;
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.);
• Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive;
• Good at impacting and convincing others;
• Good motivator, strong "can-do" attitude, hard driving for results, analytical.
