Location: Shanghai

Job Descriptions:

• Environment assessment (market intelligence, competition, customers, consumers);
• Channel management plan design and implementation;
• Trade marketing plan design and implementation;
• Beverage distributors appointment and management;
• Dedicated activation team (sales and merchandising) management;
• Negotiation with top Out Of Home / Alternative Trade Channels' accounts.

Requirements:

• University degree or equal;
• 7 ~10 years of sales & trade marketing experience;
• Beverages experi ence is a must;
• Proficiency in English;
• High degree of self motivation , capable to work autonomously;
• Problem solving and an o verall orientation of action;
• Leadership, motivation skills;
• Negotiation , sales/distributors management skills;
• Presen tation skills;
• Analytical and numerical skills;
• Proficiency in computer usage;
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
• Strong business acumen.
