Position: B2B Sales Specialist-Nespresso 商务销售专员-奈斯派索

Job Description:

• Place Nespresso system into Offices and Customer Care channel
• Ensure high visibility and best in class service (before and after) within Office and premium Customer Care channel and become a category leader
• Ensure Customer acquisition, retention and productivity (capsules consumption) per channel/customer by leveraging the policies, processes and offerings via the NBCS (Nespresso Business Coffee Solution or as may be defined)
• Coordinate after sales service activities as a key competitive advantage in the market. Ensure Service Excellence (in the context of the Ultimate Coffee Experience/Icon of Perfect Coffee Worldwide) in line with Nestl é Nespresso Standards

Requirement:

• University Graduate or equivalent
• 5 years sales experience with track record dealing with multi-national companies
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory. English will be a strong advantage (desirable)
