职位描述/要求:
Location: Guangzhou
Main Responsibilities:
·Plan overall business of each sales channel and area, make and carry out practical program in coordination with Customer & Channel Demand Generation.
·Suggest resources and staff assignment according to business development;
·Set up, standardize and carry out operation procedure;
·Verify daily operation (including resources utilization, staff performance, activities execution and call route, etc.) ;
·Coordinate and provide necessary training to sales staff to ensure related company policies to be respected and implemented in all field of sales operation.
·Other project/duties which have been assigned from superior.
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above;
·5 years sales experience in multi-national FMCG Company in sales management;
·Possess an energetic and intelligent attitude and aptitude towards business and business development;
·Familiar with Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan economy and trade situation;
·Ability to collection of necessary information;
·Able to recognize and develop solutions for customers;
·Very good logical thinking and good planner;
·Excellent line/cross function management skills;
·Aggressive, passionate, out-going, self-driven and stress tolerant;
·Proficient in MS Office;
