Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above • With minimum 5 years of Key Account management related experience preferably in the FMCG environment • Good English both reading and writing • Good PC skills • Strategic thinking and excellent execution required. Leadership skill and team player
JD:
• KA strategy • Development and implementation of strategic plans for NKA aligned to national KA strategy • Negotiate & implement the Business Development Agreements with the assigned national KA on annual basis to review performance and propose new actions or revise conditions of the agreement (where & when necessary) • To ensure capitalisation on all volume and share opportunities • Coordinate with filed sales for promotion execution international & national KA at regional level
• KA budgeting • To maximise Nestle trade spend in the pursuit of market share and profitability gains • Make sure that Key Account activities in the national level are carried out in efficient and cost effective way by regular control over administration, overheads, expenditure and analysis of the Key Account expense • Monitor the return-on-investment of sales resources (i.e. trade fund) and utilize the results to create new alternative strategies/ business plans and influence negotiations during Quarterly Review sessions with key account to promote business growth at field
• KA relationship • Development & facilitation of business building relationships with National KA • To obtain leverage with key accounts for mutual sales / profitability benefit • Development and negotiation of contracts with assigned NKA • Work as the business partner with NKA
• KA team • Work closely with field sales force who are adhere to the sales call plans and process in order to build a strong relationship with customers in each KA outlet for availability & visibility maximization • Collaborate with other department (i.e. trade marketing) to develop in store activities/ program (trade promo, consumer promo) to accelerate sales off take at regional execution level • Provides feedback to KA team, field sales manager, marketing and professional affairs on impact of programs directed to build business and increase customer loyalty.
• Others • Monitor competitors activities in KA outlets and report on the same to management team with recommendations on how to counter competitors actions
