Position: District Sales Executive/ Asst. District Sales Manager-Beverage Systems (South China, Yunnan & Sichuan Provinces) Job Description: To conduct and develop our Branded Beverage Systems Business in the given territory, leading and developing the team, the trade partners and ensuring compliance with our Business Principles. 1.Monitor, coach, recruit and develop as per business needs the sales staff in the territory to achieve the business targets in terms of quality and quantity 2.To develop the team, existing and new business partners geographically and by channels as the expansion of the business is evolving 3.Prepare and own the Sales Forecast in taking the necessary measures to achieve agreed forecasts on a constant basis 4.Ensure Flawless Execution in the field with our Beverage Systems (Merchandising, In-Cup Quality, Performance) as well as proper implementation and supervision of Management System Tools and Promotions 5.Develop and plan promotions and activities of Key Accounts, Channels Specifics and Events Management in line with Head Office directions or ad hoc requirements 6.To identify new product opportunities through understanding of the customers insight in reinforcing the Customer and Channel Demand Main Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above; 2.At least 2 years in a managerial role; 3.Familiar with beverage industry is preferred; 4.Hands on distributor management experience is a MUST; 5.Good communication skills; 6.Good oral & written English; 7.Integrity, courage, leadership and entrepreneurship abilities; 8.Ability to travel frequently. 联系方式:
