The Windows Live IPG China is looking for a Program Manager to be a driving force to provide the most challenging and exciting Windows Live services in China, e.g. Live Search, Hotmail, Messenger, Spaces, etc.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to: work with business team to understand local requirements; contribute to core product design; coordinate with localization PM and test team on software localizing and quality testing; work closely with development teams in US or China and local business team on service release; technically engage with local partners; write feature/functional specifications; track project schedule and risk, etc.

Qualifications:
- 4+ experience of commercial software development.
- Good technical knowledge on internet
- 2+ years of experience of software project management
- Proven skills for designing global products with local relevance
- A BA/MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Experience on cross group collaboration, communication
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in testing and localization process/tools is plus.
