The Windows Live International Product Group (WLIPG) Greater China team is looking for Program Manager working on localization management of Windows Live products in China, e.g. Hotmail, Messenger, Internet/desktop Search, Spaces, live.com, etc.

Responsibilities
Localization program manager (LPM) is responsible for managing Windows live products localizing for China market. The responsibilities include but not limited to: localization vendor management; localization project schedule, quality, cost, risk management; terminology specialist; localization process improvements, etc.
The LPM needs to work closely with PM and tester in Microsoft China and US teams to make sure the WL product is released to China market with good localization quality and on schedule.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years Experience in localizing software products
- Familiar with localization management and related process
- Strong project management and vendor management skills
- Ability to work well with internal or external teams across countries Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Quick learner, self motivated, independent, and able to work under tight schedule
- BA/MS Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- Familiar with common programming languages and development tools preferred
