Job description:

(i) Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team including supplier and/ or 3rd party agency to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility;
(ii) Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms.
(iii) Deliverables: Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries

Qualification:

(i) 5-year hardware development and program management experience with demonstrated team leadership success;
(ii) Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change,
(iii) Is self managed, action oriented, and results oriented;
(iv) Able to make detailed planning and organizing;
(v) Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment;
(vi) Passion for technology and committed to delivering world class products.
(vii) Solid communication skills in English.  Oral, written and presentation skills in English is a must.
