System Engineer for Embedded Systems

Job description:

· Build microprocessor based analog and digital systems & platforms to meet performance, cost and schedule requirement.
· Propose, define and present product and platform specifications and features.
· Ensure that designs meet established specifications, cost, timeline and development budgets.
· Lead embedded system hardware and firmware development
· Manage project scope and avoid risks.
· Manage internal and outsourced development efforts.
· Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems and recommend solutions.
· Collaborate with marketing and technology teams and participate in project reviews.

Requirements:

· BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent is required.
· At least 5 years experience in direct hardware or firmware design & development.
· At least 3 years experience as a system engineer or system architecture
· Solid communication skills in English.  Oral, written and presentation skills in English is a must.
· Understanding of embedded system architecture.
· Understanding of hardware design at component and circuit level.
· Understanding of microprocessor architecture and real time FW design and development. Knowledge of Sunplus, Holtek, Morotola, and Intel processors is a plus.
· In depth knowledge of the industrial protocols that you have worked on.
· Knowledge of USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi protocols is a plus. Broad knowledge of ITU protocols & IETF protocols is a plus.
· Willing to travel to USA.
