Department Microsoft China R&D Group Location Shanghai, China Responsibilities: Microsoft Recruiting provides an opportunity to gain a solid understanding of Microsoft and Microsoft Business Division's business while making an impact on the future of the company and the organization. Recruiting requires problem solvers that enjoy evaluating and creating alternatives with tight time constraints. It also involves working on problems that are loosely defined and incorporating hard and soft facts into decision-making. These skills come into play when developing candidate generation strategies, candidate assessment, consulting with senior management and negotiating offers. Primary responsibilities include -Developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies in order to attract, screen, recruit, and select high quality candidates for Microsoft's Product Group. -Establishing and maintaining solid working relationships with hiring managers; determining the needs of the hiring managers; -Developing and implementing numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement, position postings, direct sourcing/cold calling and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates; -Interviewing and screening candidates and making recommendations to hiring managers with limited supervision, -Further responsibilities include articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer including salary, stock options, benefits, bonuses, relocations, etc. Qualifications: Minimum qualifications should include a BA/BS degree in business, communications, Strong account management, Candidate generation, Interpersonal, Organizational, written, negotiation and presentation skills are required.
