工作描述：

· 理解和分析客户需求；

· 制定和参与项目计划和目标的制定；

· 能够独立为客户提供项目咨询；

· 了解客户的基础架构需求，对客户的基础架构进行维护、优化工作；

资格要求:

· 三年以上IT系统维护和管理经验；

· 具备MVP/MCSE证书；

· 精通并具备微软活动目录/SMS/MOM的知识和经验；

· 了解微软其它主要产品如：SQL和SharePoint Portal 等。

· 计算机专业大学以上学历；

· 良好的英语水平和沟通协调能力；
