职位描述/要求:
Location: Shanghai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical support of Messaging (Exchange Server and Outlook) to Asia Pacific region premier and professional customers Represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, electronic service regarding finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in Microsoft software. Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Effectively manage relationships with multiple customers, Technical Account Managers, Critical Problem Resolutions and other internal MS resources as these problems may not only be technically complex, but politically-charged situations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years working experience in related industry Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills Good communication skills in both Chinese and English. Good knowledge on Computer Operating System architecture, Good development skills on C++ / .NET programming and debugging Good knowledge on network, TCP/IP family protocols. Hard working/Great passion/Quick learning on new computer technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with Microsoft Exchange Server is a plus. Experience of customer service and technical support is a plus. Speaking Cantonese is a plus.
