JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles & Responsibilities:

1)    The job holder is responsible for delivering professional technical consulting, supporting and trouble-shooting to Microsoft customers who develop applications with Microsoft’s development tools (VB.NET,VC++,VC#.NET and Platform SDK etc). Help customer to develop all kinds of user mode applications on Windows platform. Analyze customer’s architectures, designs, problems as well as developing samples for specific scenarios.
2)    Manage relationships among multiple customers, Technical Account Managers, Critical Problem Resolutions and other internal MS resources. Collaborate with both Critical Problem Resolution and the Product Group to identify system problems in the areas of source code, report customer suggestions and recommend fixes.
3)    Record the labor and document incidents accurately in the job functions.

Qualifications:

1)    Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
2)    Expertise in C++, C#,.NET Framework, ASP, ASP.NET, XML/XSL/XSLT, SQL Server or other database products.
3)   The ability to work both independently and in an agile team environment
4)    Strong communication skill. Fluent in both oral and written English.
5)    Positive-thinking, team-working, quick-learning, self challenging
6)   Strong analytical logic and problem troubleshooting skills. Enterprise working or supporting experience and troubleshooting skills is preferred.
7)   Self-motivate and must be a strong team player
