职位描述/要求:
Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Department:
Developer Support for Internet (Web & .NET enterprise server) Job Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with 2+ years of software project experience • Good development skills on C++ / .NET; knowledge in SDK would be an advantage • Good understanding on network: TCP/IP & HTTP • Some experience in Web/Browser, Enterprise Application Integration project • Good command of English in oral and written; • Enterprise experience, and troubleshooting skills preferred; • Positive-thinking, team-working, quick-learner, self-challenging;
Main Responsibility:
• Provide technical support to Asia Pacific region premier and professional customers by answering inquires, assisting customer incidents and going onsite to enterprise customer for problem resolution on a timely basis • Provide pre-emptive support through KBIS, technical articles and sample programs. • Uphold consistent processes and case handling standards according to standard • Participate in projects that benefit the Product Support Services (PSS) Department. • Working hour is 5*8, but would take turn to join with team members to standby 24*7 for enterprise customer on their mission critical proble
