Job Title: Finance Specialist (Contingent Staff v-)

Location: Chengdu

This individual is responsible for providing

- Work closely with HQ team and local sales group, provide consistent and timely monthly revenue reports for South Region, covering EPG, SMS&P, and Services;

- Work closely with HQ team and local sales group, provide support in target setting, performance review;

- Support statutory and tax filing in Western region;

- Ensure compliance of company policy, as well as government regulations;

- Insightful analyses of monthly revenue and opex, including segment, vertical, territory, team, product groups;

- Monitor Siebel pipeline and actual booking, enhancing regional team’s quarterly financial accountability;

- Provide support to regional planning.

- Assist on adhoc queries and analyses per requests from the management team

- Assist on adhoc queries and analyses per requests from BJ HQ

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential Experience

Minimum 6-8 years financial working experience

Technical / Functional Skills

Proficiency in Excel

Proficiency in Powerpoint, and other Microsoft Office software

Fluent in English, writing and oral communication

Personal Attributes / Interpersonal Skills

Demonstrated energy and personal integrity

Ambitious, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities

Ability to handle ambiguities and moving parameters

Ability to get things done in a complex organization

Ability to handle details and voluminous data

Strong analytical skills along with the ability to think creatively

Comfortable working under tight deadlines and producing key deliverables

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required, with major in accounting/finance/business related fields. MBA is a plus
