• Software Development Engineer
• This position is based in BeiJing , China .
• We are looking for SDE to develop next generation web application platform and services for MSN, such as CMS, Web 2.0 application and SNS.
• This role especially focuses on MSN China internet business.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the feature design with the feature team
• Detail design and fully implement robust features in an iterative manner in coordination with the team and using our development standards and tools.
• Conduct unit tests for all owned features
• Work closely with other developers , PM (product manager) and our portal team.

Education and Qualifications:

• A BS or colleague diploma in Computer Science/Engineering or related degree required.

Experience Level:

• At least 3 years of software development experience in developing web site/internet software products.
• At least 1 years of CMS (Content Management System) development experience

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
• Know and practiced OOA and OOD method in past experience
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with .NET framework
• Rich experience of web development technology such as script program (JavaScript, AJAX ), xHTML (HTML, DHTML), web services.
• Rich experience of database development (like SQL Server)
