职位描述/要求:
- Ensure related position approvals for hiring are received - Liaise with hiring managers on position requirements and attributes required for staff and field force employees - Identify the most appropriate sourcing channels - Advertise Job Postings and screen CVs - Conduct targeted selection interviews and develop appropriate feedback to be given to candidates and line managers - Undertake reference checks and co-ordinate offer letters and rejection letters - Track recruitment progress - Establish, maintain and analysis hiring database and make quarterly ROI report - Organize campus recruiting as required - Exit interview and new staff interview - Assistant supervisor and line managers to handle employee relationship issues - Other assigned tasks Qualifications: - Bachelor degree qualified in Human Resources, Business or related discipline - Familiar with local sourcing channels and hiring practices - 2 years HR / Staffing experience or above - Exposure to Targeted Selection Interviewing Methodology - Good interpersonal, communication and analysis skills - Good oral & written language skill in both English and Mandarin - Ability to work under pressure and work independently - Team spirit 联系方式:
