1. University or above, preferably major in marketing related field, such as Economics, Statistics, and marketing management.
2. more than 3 years working experience, and more than 2 years experience in the field of mobile related industry.
3. Strong relationship with clients, distributors/ venders and retailers in the mobile related industry.
4. Excellent client management skills.

- Able to divert client needs to create company business
-Able to bring new ideas to the table that will enhance sales and profits.
5. more than 3 years research or research related project management experience in research industry.
6. Proved adequate experience in having formal presentation for the key players in the mobile related industry.
7. Proved adequate experience in leading a team to settle deal with clients with project revenue > 200K.
8. Able to negotiate and manage research industry vendors cost efficiently for the execution of project work.
9. 2 years in team management experience with team scale of direct reports as minimum as 15 persons.  Among the team members of subordinates, there are levels of senior and junior staff.
10. Strong team management skill and able to setup division business development strategies.
11. Result-oriented with strong initiative and drive to succeed.
12. Fluent Oral and written Chinese and good written Eng.
