职位描述/要求:

Main responsibility:
1 Human resource management.
2 Administration management.
3 EHS implementation
4 Maintain and develop public relation.
Job Description:
1 Update and develop the employment policy, procedures, take in charge of the working contract management.
2. Establish the JD System based on the input of department managers; to develop and implement a coherent C&B policy, procedure.
3. Be responsible for supervision payroll operation as well as the implementation of salary adjustment, bonus plan;
4. Take in charge the recuitment, interview & selection of candidates, recruitment channel management.
5 Set up people development policy such as training system, performance evaluation system.
6. Foster effective communication between employees and management to explain company policies to employee and to collect information from employee to management; to be effective interface of communication between management team and staff.

8. Propose and involve for building up company culture and corporate value
9 Implementaing EHS policy according to company and government rule.
10. Make administrative regulations and its implementation.
11. Build up and maintain public relations with authorities and other external entity.
12 Making budget of the responsible activeites and expense control.
13. Carry out other tasks assigned by superior.
