University graduate, major in ceramic, silicate engineering or inorganic and non metal materials，
At least 5 years experiences in industries, preferably in ceramic industries.
Good understanding of production process, equipment and quality management
Strong personality and authorities
Good skills in communication and coordination
Good skills in English communication and computer
Good sense of initiatives and hard working
工程专业大学本科或以上学历，陶瓷，硅酸盐或无机非金属材料专业优先；
至少5年工业企业工作经验，具有陶瓷行业生产经验者优先；
对生产工艺，设备和质量管理有深刻理解；
良好的个性和权威性；
良好的沟通和协调能力；
熟练的英语沟通技能和电脑运用能力；
