职位描述/要求：
JD:
1. Research in next generation network architecture, e.g. Fixed mobile convergence, IP multimedia subsystem, and related areas.
2. Study the market trend, technology trend and product portfolio.
3. Make contribution to paper publication, patent application and standardization.
要求：
1. Ph. D. telecommunication or computer related.
2. Strong knowledge of PSTN, IP and mobile network. IMS/NGN knowledge is preferred.
3. Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation skills.
