职位描述/要求:
Job Responsibilities: 1、To initiate various consumer and market studies so as to make critical analysis that leads to the strategic recommendation of the new category development 2、To develop product concept and to identify the winning one via appropriate research 3、To champion the new product development projects and to ensure an efficient & effective communication 4、Coordinate with internal brand team, regional marketing team, local & regional team, local & regional technical team and local co-packing partners 5、To prepare the launch plans based on thorough analysis of market, environmental, competitive and consumer trends as well as the desired business objectives of company.
Requirements: 1、university or above graduate. 2、5-10years in famous multinational FMCG company. 3、strong analytical skills. 4、strong influencing & communication skills. 5、market research management skills. 6、good spoken & written English and Mandarin.
