职位描述/要求:
Job Description:
1. Be familiar with accounting practices and understand flowchart of accounting process
2. Be able to conduct financial analysis and forecast with strong business sense
3. Assist entity CFO to take after all financial results both in EBIT and cash flow to ensure target achievement
4. Work with Finance controls and accounting team to minimize financial risks and accounting mistakes
5. Follow up routine business to identify risk or opportunity for business partner and entity CFO
6. Be responsible for annual plan preparation and make sure it is achievable
7. Lead  FPA team to work under APO FPA instruction or guideline to support details explanation and analysis
8. Work with costing team, purchasing to be responsible for PPV achievement
9. Assist entity CFO to analyze and control general expenses or L&B cost
10. Make sure monthly package review with APO FPA and factory package review with business leader 
11. Any ad hoc task about entity results analysis and reporting, etc
Qualification requirements:
1. Accounting or Finance Bachelor Degree
2. Fully Understand accounting practices and both China GAAP and US GAAP
3. 5 to 10 years working experience in accounting or Finance in Multinational Corporation
4. At least 2 years FPA experience in manufacturing company
5. Experiences in leading more than 1 individual is preferred
6. Strong inter-personal communication skills. Good English skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of management
7. Accounting or Tax knowledge or experiences is required
8. Like to work in a fast pace environment
