Responsibilities:
Overall analysis on the wireless network evolution to B3G/4G (mainly on radio access network), e.g., distributed radio, cooperated radio, etc.;
Developing system level picture on future wireless network;
Internal cooperation with R&I/BL on key tech. component;
External cooperation with partner on potential topics
Requirements：
Ph.D in wireless;
Familiar with main standards, e.g., 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE;
