职位描述/要求:
Job Description:
Provide remote technical support to customer/Level 1 team escalation. Provide emergency restoration support on outage and work out workaround Work on Root Cause Analysis of critical issues Lab reproduction of customer issues Manage the escalation and track solution of customer issues to Product Technical Excellenct Center(TEC). Provide needed on site support for customer issues Network upgrade testing and support
Requirements:
*Educational background and degree-level: University graduate, majoring in computer science or network *Field and years of work-experience: 3 plus years experience in network support on IP/ATM products *Skills, knowledge and competencies: Post-sales support knowledge and experience in a Knowledge and experience of leading NMS and diagnostic tools Routing Protocols such as OSPF, IS-IS, Frame Relay and ATM.technologies, network maintenance experience. * Language Ability: Very good command of written English and Fluent oral English and the ability to communicate in English with customers/TEC engineers. * Frequent traveling required : Sometimes, travel to customers sites in *Gender : No limits *Others: 联系方式:
