• A presenter is the ambassador of the brand, who has to make the visitors come closer to the Volkswagen brand world by introducing them the brand itself (heritage, history, vision and values) and its products.
• The presenter has to bind the brand to its customers to contribute to potential product sales.
  

Daily Responsibilities:

• warmly welcome the visitors in the forum and guide them throughout all existing activities, orientate the visitors throughout their visits
• share their knowledge with the visitors about the Volkswagen brand to let them enter the Volkswagen brand world, give them an overview about the actual situation of the brand worldwide, talk about its heritage and history, point out the brand vision and values, present the objectives of the company…
• present the Volkswagen’s products brands: main specifications, special features, characteristics, price, special editions, technical datas as well as any other specific issues
• conduct sales conversation with recognised potential customers
