Qualification requirements:

Education: University Degree (e.g. safety, environmental science, engineering)

Experience: 5 years or more of work experience in HSE or HSE training. Previous experience in Health, Safety & Environment or Emergency Response areas is preferred.

Specific Knowledge: Familiar with the regulatory HSE training requirement, possess knowledge of HSE MS, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, computer software application, English language; reading, writing, speaking and presentation skill.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This position serves as the HSE training coordination for onshore and offshore employees and contractors. Need to identify the HSE training need for employees and contractors according to the HSE regulation requirement and COPC HSE training requirement. This position will need to identify training resources to deliver the needed training. This includes the internal resources and the external resources. It is required to this position to deliver some of the HSE training when it is needed, such as HSE MS procedure training, BOHSE training etc. Coordinate all the corporate or COPC HSE initiatives. This position will also be responsible for all the HSE training record keeping.

Job Descriptions

• Owner of the HSE training Matrix. This will include the HSE regulatory training requirement and COPC HSE training requirement. Ensure all the training is delivered according to the training matrix.
• Coordinate to provide HSE training resources. This includes work with HSE department for identify internal resources, and work with relative department on secure external training resources. This position will need to work with Supply Chain Department on vendor contract issues and coordinate on payment issues.
• Coordinate HSE training for all contractors.
• Coordinate HSE MS training for onshore, offshore employees and contractors.
• Coordinate BOSS/HUET training for onshore, Drilling and Project employees.
• Coordinate and deliver BOHSE training for COPC employees and contractors.
• Coordinate all Corporate and COPC HSE initiative and training (such as J20, Safety Leader training…).
• Responsible for development, update and revision of HSE training procedures.
• Investigate and create opportunities to share training programs and services with other Bohai Operators to reduce the training cost.
• Coordinate to develop HSE training e-learning programs such as the BOHSE CBT.
• Responsible for all HSE training record keeping.
• Work offshore as an site HSE rep function (when rotate offshore)
