Job Responsibilities:
-Making recruitment requirements by analysis of job role and responsibilities;
-Working with recruiting channels and developing new recruiting way;
-Screening CVs and doing interviews arrangement;
-Continually provide with qualified candidates to function departments;
-Following up interview process and creating recruitment report.
Qualifications:
-University degree, at least 1 year recruiting experience in foreign enterprise;
-Familiar with recruiting channel;
-Good interview skills of recruiting and strong communication skill;
-Very good team work;
-Fluent in Mandarin and English communcation (written & verbal)and good command of computer skills
